I spent the day with Horse Hero and made some videos at home to share my thoughts and training techniques. the video explains the maintenance work i do with Max in between major championships.
Max is incredibly hot, electric and spooky, but there are ways and means of dealing with this, and it can be be a plus. Max is not a flashy mover, his expression has come through training and improving strength. In fact, there are advantages to Max's 'donkey trot in training.
Exercises to stop Max taking over and transitions to improve the cadence, help with athleticism.
